Following the internal promotion of the current incumbent ,the EduStaff board now seeks to appoint a new Executive Director to lead the business through its next exciting phase of development, which promises to be a journey of innovation, collaboration and growth.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have:

Remuneration

Starting basic salary for this role is £80,000 rising to £90,000 following the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

Bonus is achieved and paid on a quarterly basis, and is calculated using the following principle:

BONUS = GROSS MARGIN* – P&L OPERATING BUDGET** x 6%

This equation factors team growth targets and costs within the Executive Director’s control, but disregards group and central costs beyond their control.

*Gross margin is a combination of temporary margin and permanent placement billing and is phased across quarters in the P&L forecast. Therefore, overperformance or underperformance (or forecast phasing errors) can be absorbed over an annual period without affecting bonus potential.

**P&L Operating Budget is agreed by the Executive Director with the EduStaff Strategic Board, prior to the reporting period and in line with the Oceanova Group Board’s strategic objectives.
