The focus of this role is to hit our target of 250 participants on the programme in 2020.
Premier Pathways is growing the team, with a view to expand capacity in the sales function. The role will be client and candidate facing and will suit a consultant with a proven track record on desk and with first-hand experience of securing PP Allocations, matching suitable candidates and delivering high levels of customer service.
As a member of the PP sales team you will be responsible for:
· Business Development
· Client Meetings
· Networking Events
· Candidate Generation & Pre-Registration Qualification
The successful application will be confident in presenting to clients at school and trust level, you will also be autonomous and collaborative – yes, at the same time!
Business Development will consist of sales calls following marketing leads and outbound campaigns in a specified geography. The team are democratic, open, transparent and work with each other to ensure the best outcome – you therefore must be a team player and willing to get involved in a range of tasks and projects.
