Trainee Partnerships Manager
Location: Stratford, East London
Salary: £21k + OTE - Team Based Commission (expected £5k in Y1)
Start Date: 2nd January 2020
Oceanova is recruiting for a Trainee Partnerships Manager to support the day to day running of Leadership Matters, our subscription-based Leadership Development platform for schools. We are looking for a driven, proactive and inspired individual to join and play a part in our exciting future.
As a Trainee Partnerships Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our school customers and must therefore be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service. Oceanova is a customer-focused group and as such, it will be part of your role to ensure the customer experience is as flawless and pleasant as possible.
This dynamic role will see your involvement in Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Service and Administration providing you with the skills to develop a successful career in Education Services. We are preferably looking for an individual that wants to progress and move into a full Partnerships Manager role in the near future.
About Leadership Matters
Leadership Matters is a movement created to change the way in which schools engage with leadership development. Uptake of our online subscription platform currently sits at approximately 1,100 schools and over 10,000 active users since starting out 3 years ago.
The 3-year strategy for Leadership Matters is to increase the national and international client base to over 4,000 member schools. This will be achieved by exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service to achieve a high level of client retention.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
· Have a fantastic work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction
· Have excellent written and verbal skills
· Be organised enough to multitask and prioritise tasks
· Some experience of an office role or sales role would be beneficial
· A basic understanding of the UK Education system
· Be looking to get stuck into a role and work alongside a small but experienced team
